To help residents of Maharashtra start or strengthen an enterprise through structured assessment, capacity building, mentoring, bank linkage and interest subsidy, with a single accountable case record for every applicant.

All districts of Maharashtra, with district-wise, gender-wise and category-wise allocations configured for every programme cycle by the state programme management unit.

District programme offices, empanelled evaluators, mentors, training partners, incubation centres, participating banks, the finance division and the audit function all work on the same application record with role-based access.

Every status change, score and administrative decision is recorded in an immutable audit trail. Applicants can see their own timeline, scores where published, and may raise a grievance or appeal.
